Quality BMW Service
We are now able to offer fixed price servicing on the BMW brand at our site in Ellesmere Port, Wirral just outside Cheshire Oaks. Always working to keep our pledge of dealer level service at half the cost! As usual we can provide pick-up and drop off by appointment if you are in the Chester, Wirral or Runcorn areas. Naturally, every service includes our complimentary wash and vac.
OEM Filters
As with our Mercedes service packages all parts used are OEM quality and do not affect the manufacturer’s warranty in any way. In fact, the “Mann” filters that we use are selected as OEM by leading German manufacturers such as Audi, VW, Seat and Mercedes Benz, they even have the same part number printed on them!
Premium Oils
We always use oil of the correct grade as recommended for your vehicle but when servicing our premium branded customers’ cars such your BMW, we always use top quality Shell Helix or Castrol Edge. In fact, many Main Dealers use these oils as standard.
Please be wary of any garages that will not tell you the grade of oil they have used on your vehicle or even worse, say: “We use 10W40 oil on all cars and we never have any problems” (A common and dangerous philosophy). The problems may not be immediate, and you may feel good about the cut price service carried out by another garage but weeks, months or years after servicing your BMW, the problems may arise. Increased engine component wear, damage to timing chain tensioners and destruction of DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) are all symptoms of using the incorrect oil grade. Be sure to use someone you trust when servicing your BMW such as MD Motorcare to avoid hefty repair bills of up to thousands of pounds from something so simple, but often abused!
Customer Focus
As always, we are not pushy in the slightest. Our philosophy is to tell you everything that is not quite right with you BMW. If there is a fault with the car that is potentially dangerous, then we’ll tell you, but if a component is on its way out, we’ll let you know and give the option of popping back in a few months or maybe even highlight it to be checked at next service.
For example, we hear of so many people that have been pressured into having brakes changed at the main agent or other garages. If they are 80% worn then we’ll tell you that the time for replacement is on the way but to wait for the warning light to come on. Obviously the brakes will need addressing ASAP at this point but at least you have achieved maximum value for money. Our aim is for you, the customer to receive 100% value for money and 100% satisfaction, therefore no pushy sales techniques and no intimidation, we would rather gain your loyalty and custom for the future and see you next year rather than trying to squeeze every last pound out of your visit.
