What is a Digital Service Book?
The Digital Service Book (DSB), also known as Digital Service Report, was first introduced by Mercedes Benz in 2007 to electronically store the servicing history of vehicles therefore ensuring that your service history is kept-up-to date. By storing the service records online, it meant that any Mercedes Benz dealership could quickly access all your vehicle servicing details without the need to look at your service manual.
DSB was initially introduced to all E class and CLS 2008 models but is now used across the entire Mercedes range of new cars.
